Grand Finale of the 36th, 37th & 38th Joint CONVOCATION CEREMONY of Graduands of the full time NCE/SPS/COP Students and Presentation of Honourary Awards to His Excellency, Alhaji Lateef Jakande, First Civilian Executive Governor of Lagos State and a few other eminent personalities.

COLLECTION OF CONVOCATION PACKAGE
Each graduand is expected to collect his/her gown from the School Officer on Monday, 6th to Monday, 13th May 2019 between 10:00am and 4:00pm upon presentation of proof of online payment of Four Thousand naira (N4,000.00).
Academic gown collected should be returned in good condition. Five Hundred naira (N500.00) would be refunded if gown is returned on the day of convocation (i.e Tuesday, 14th May).
Any graduands that holds the gown beyond Tuesday, 21st May 2019 would be liable to a fine of Ten Thousand naira (N10,000.00).
Also any graduands who loses or damages the academic gown would pay Fifteen Thousand naira (N15,000.00) as replacement fee.
Graduands should note the following:
- It is mandatory for all graduands to wear the approved academic gown and to participate in the academic procession.
- Graduands who fail to attend the ceremony would still pay the “Convocation Ceremony Fee” of Five Thousand naira (N5,000).
- All graduands, parents, and guests should be seated by 9:30am.
- Graduands should log onto their portal to make all payments.
- Certificates are ready for collection upon presentation of all necessary clearance documents including “Proof of convocation ceremony fee”.
The Provost, on behalf of the College Authorities and Community, congratulates all graduands and wishes them journey mercies to and fro all the venues of the event marking the celebration of the Convocation ceremonies.
