The Division was formerly a section under Personnel Affairs Division. The Division was carved out of Personnel Affairs in April, 2003, under the leadership of Mrs. O. O. Bello, Deputy Registrar.
To determine the manpower position existing in the College, taking cognizance of the organizational and personnel content. Also, the division determines the type of qualification received and is involved in training and retraining of staff through seminars, workshops and conferences.
To provide adequate and effective training programmes to support the vision of the College which is to be a leading teacher education institution characterized by an inclusive and enabling value driven professional culture and recognized globally for academic excellence and focus on quality.
Scope and Responsibilities/Services Provided
To employ the NCCE guide lines to determine the gross and net manpower requirements, thus identifying existing vacancy for future expansion. To constantly review nominal roll in liaison with various departments in the College. To prepare staff development/training roster which will enable members of staff to attend conferences, workshops, seminars, and short term courses for self-improvement on their various schedules.
