The Division was created in the year 2011 out of the former Personnel Affairs Division to ensure proper handling of issues relating to members of the academic staff.
To manage all human resources activities, appointments, discipline and promotion of the academic staff including placement, staff development and retirement.
To stand tall in the practice of human resource management following due process that enhances professionalism.
Promotion of qualified academic members of staff.
Development of members through seminars, workshops, conferences and further studies.
Mode of Operation
Applications and requests from academic members of staff that may be referred from the Provost to the Registrar are well investigated to ensure that College rules, regulations and provision of the Conditions of Service are followed to the letter.
